2. Client Responsibilities

By booking with Promise Farm, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during all inquiries and reservations

  • Comply with all property policies, including event schedules, capacity limits, and conduct rules

  • Obtain any required permits or approvals for event activities when applicable

  • Be responsible for any damages to the property, facilities, or equipment caused by you, your guests, or your vendors

  • Pay all fees, deposits, and balances according to agreed-upon terms

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in additional charges or cancellation of your event or reservation.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payment:
All reservations must be secured with a valid payment method at the time of booking. Specific payment terms and due dates are outlined in your event contract or invoice.

Deposits:
Certain reservations, including weddings and private events, require deposits or prepayments. Deposit amounts and schedules will be specified in your contract.

Cancellations:
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of event or service. Cancellations outside of contracted terms may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional cancellation fees. Please refer to your individual agreement for details.

4. SMS & A2P Messaging Compliance

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Promise Farm, which may include:

  • Event confirmations and reminders

  • Updates regarding your booking or event

  • Promotional or follow-up messages related to our services

Message Frequency: Varies depending on your interaction with us.
Message & Data Rates: May apply depending on your carrier.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS. You will receive a final confirmation message.

Your opt-in data and consent status will never be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to facilitate message delivery and ensure compliance.

A2P Registration Compliance:
